Grape varieties : 90% merlot, 10% malbec
Density : 5700 vine-plant/ hectare
Soil: Slopes of limestone covered by brown clay.
Method: Field under controlled grass. Guyot double pruning, 7
buds. High trellising (1,90m). Debudding. Thinning out the lives.
Harvest in green. Controlled yield of 50 hls/ha.
Cellar: Thermo-Regulated. Modernized in 2000.
Vinification : Cold macerations. Alcoholic fermentation and
maceration over an extended period to extract the aromas and give
the vine all its strength.
Ageing : 12 months in French oak barrel (Radoux, Seguin-Moreau,
Vicard, Sylvain)
Label : 2 colors
Back Label : 1 color with bar code
Cork : Natural Cork
Containers : Traditional Bottles
Packaging: Cartons of 12 bottles. (Packaging of 6 bottles and
wooden cases also available)
